Renting a vehicle at DDV is straightforward:

1. Go to our website and open the vehicle rental section, where you’ll see all available vehicles.

2. Choose the vehicle you want and click ‘Reserve’.

3. Fill in the online form with your details and preferences, such as your rental period and any extras. Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

We’re open every working day from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00. Each rental day is charged as a full day within these opening hours, we don’t rent out half days. Returning a vehicle outside opening hours incurs an extra charge.

We recommend booking in good time, so you’re more likely to get the vehicle you want. That said, same-day reservations are possible as long as the vehicle is available.

You can pay the rental fee and deposit in two ways: on site at our office, or by bank transfer. We accept cash and payments via Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Bancontact Pay. The vehicle is released once the full amount has been paid.
